MEET VANESSA

Vanessa Paulson LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist based in Scottsdale, Arizona, serving adolescents and adults in person and virtually throughout Arizona and California.  Vanessa has extensive training and experience working with a variety of presenting concerns. Vanessa uses an integrative approach with each of her clients, uniquely tailoring therapy to each individual client and/or family for whom she is working with. Vanessa is trauma-informed and pulls from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, uniquely personalized for each individual client whom she is working with. Vanessa is also passionate about teaching and education, and frequently provides lectures and workshops in order to promote an increased awareness and understanding of mental health services.
